Hand Embroidery Workshop + Prosecco
Get your needlework skills all sewed upCreate your very own beautiful piece of embroidery, inspired by the work of Robert Adam, one of Britain’s greatest interior designers. Led by expert Bella Lane, founder of the London Embroidery Club, this workshop will teach you needlework techniques such as silk-shading and gold work, and you can hone your craft while enjoying light snacks and a complimentary glass of Prosecco. All abilities are welcome and all materials are provided. The worksop is repeated on the same day; participants need only book either the morning or afternoon session. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. The Museum may take photographs of the workshop so please let a member of staff know if you do not wish to be photographed.
Great way to combine an interest in history and embroidery. Atmospheric venue.
