A brand new supper club from your favourite chef with a penchant for profanity!

Thanks to Britain’s fabulous ethically-minded farmers, veal is stepping up to the plate, ready to take it’s rightful place as star player on top restaurant menus. Join Maze Grill as they celebrate welfare-friendly English rose veal, taking a nose-to-tail approach with the meat they source directly from pioneering Lake District farmers the Barracloughs. In addition to the expertly cooked prime cuts you expect of Maze Grill, they’ll be preparing tasty treats such as smoked veal marrowbone, devilled sweetbreads and an equally devilish veal and pistachio pork pie. To complete the package, there's cocktails and canapés to enjoy on arrival and a sumptuous tres leches, Latin America’s light and fluffy ‘three milks cake’ for dessert. Part of their fun and fascinating Prime Nights series, a series of special supper clubs where Gordon Ramsay restaurant chefs share their passion and knowledge for the prime ingredients and cooking techniques that are their speciality, the Eve of Veal will be held at maze Grill Park Walk on 19th May. The exclusive four-course dinner menu is £50 per person, with the option of wine pairings for an additional £35 per person.
