The staff were friendly, helpful and it had a great atmosphere. All the activities were fun. I would say that it lacked direction - you're not told exactly what is on offer and how to find it. Also I believe the events are freelance people, and they want to pack up as early as possible which was disappointing. To improve, It be great if you could be welcomed - get sectioned into your houses and given 'routes' - that way it would ensure you get to see everything but also reduce the chance of long queues
